DataOrbit treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients upon request and maintain rigorous data security practices across all engagements.
5. Limitation of Liability
DataOrbit's liability for any claims arising from the use of our website or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India and the Province of Ontario, Canada, as applicable to the jurisdiction in which services are delivered.
